springtime. The ground was frozen and I had to really work the planter to get the holes made.

Fall got away from me and I waited too long to plant all my bulbs. The temps got into the 20's this week and a storm was on its way so I hurriedly put in the crocuses. I can't wait to see if they survive squirrel forays this winter and come up in the spring.
